Johnston & Murphy Capital Inc. Chairman Winston Murphy has extensive experience in data aggregation and reconciliation as well as investment performance analysis and reporting. Analysis of retirement planning is Winton's specialty. The College for Financial Planning granted him the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counsellor – CRPC®. Winton earned a degree in economics.

In 1997, Daniel Hadlee became Johnston & Murphy Capital's Managing Director. Prior to that, Daniel worked in finance, technology, and operations management. Daniel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University. He is registered as a General Securities Rep and agent and holds a license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
